Refund & Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 4 May 2026

1. Product Warranty

All heat pumps supplied by Gexingbu LTD come with a manufacturer’s warranty of 7 years for the compressor and 2 years for parts and labour. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. Full warranty terms are provided with your installation documents.

2. Installation Guarantee

We guarantee our installation workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of completion. If a fault arises due to our installation, we will return and rectify the issue free of charge.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is payable upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation, after the system is commissioned and demonstrated to your satisfaction. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and, for eligible customers, approved finance.

4. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period starts on the day the contract is agreed. To cancel, please email us at [email protected] or write to our registered office address.

5. Refund Policy

If you cancel within the 14‑day cooling‑off period, we will refund your deposit in full within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. If installation has already begun with your express agreement, you will only be charged for the work completed and the materials used. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

6. Returns

Because our heat pumps are custom‑sized and installed, there is no “return of goods” in the traditional sense. Should you need to cancel after installation has been completed, please contact us to discuss your situation. We aim to treat every case fairly and will do our best to reach an amicable resolution.
